Monitored alarm systems
Wireless DSC, or Honeywell Vista20P: 3 standard doors, 1 motion detector, and 1 heat detector. Install price: $99 with approved credit 29.99. 3 year contract, homes. Business 32.95 thru approved phone systems, no magic jack. Cell units cost an additional $10 a month. 

Touch screen control panel install price is $99 with approved credit or $449 with no credit or declined credit. However paying $449 for your install drops your monthly monitoring rate to 24.95 for phone line systems and 32.95 for cell monitored systems.
 
Early Termination fee of the first year is $500, and removal of equipment.  Second year is $350 Third year is remainder of the contract. Military is exempt from early termination fees in second year and beyond if they authorize removal of equipment. If you fulfill a year of service, you are moved to your new location in the Nebraska/Iowa area of coverage free of no costs. Your monthly rate will never increase unless you move or upgrade as long as you have our service.

Non Monitored alarm systems
Basic Installation,  3 standard doors, 1 motion or glassbreak detector, I keypad, and one control panel. Basic pricing starts at $499.00. Additional equipment costs extra. Comes with a one year extended warrentee.




Service call plan is as follows:
First year extended warrantee. After the first year a $50 trip charges per occurrence. This does cover lightning damage, however you will have to pay the part costs if we come out to add the lightning damage after initial install, and it voids your extended warrantee.
